The IT Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of the university’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers. - Provide technical support and training to users on IT systems and software.
- Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in the IT field, making recommendations for improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and services as needed.
